Maximize your filing efficiency with custom indexes. Indexes assist in organizing the contents within a folder and the index tab provides quick access to specific information.

Paper Stock*
Standard stock for indexes is 90# white or ivory. Custom colors are green, salmon, gray, white, buff, yellow, cherry or blue and are available in 90#, 110# or 140# stock.
Tab Size and Position*
Tab size indicates the tab’s extension from the index edge. Tab size: 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2". Select from either side tab or bottom tab.
Tab Style, Print Style or Tab Color*
Tabs can be plain, printed or Mylar® covered. 19 Mylar® colors are available. See quote form for a complete listing.
Packaging Options*
Indexes can be packaged as tab sets (collated) or tab titles together
(non-collated). Additional packaging options include shrink wrap, poly bag or paper banding.

Filebacks make organization of large file folders simpler and more efficient. Individual
fasteners on each divider provide the ability to add or delete to any section without disturbing
information in other sections.

Printing*
Custom print titles on the tabs of the index. The body of the index can be enhanced with logos or forms.
Custom Tab Selection*
Choose the tab position, tab length and color to suit your specifications.

Standard stock for filebacks are 9 pt. or 11 pt. Manila tab

Attach-A-Dividers™
11 pt. Manila. Pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
Tape on long side: 4 sets of slits. Overall sizes: 8 1/2" x 11 1/4" plus
 7/8" tape flap, 8 1/2" x 14 1/4" plus 7/8" tape flap.
Tape on short side: 2 sets of slits. Overall size: 8 1/2" x 11 1/4" plus 7/8" tape flap.
